Newington College has six computer laboratories, each housing at least 25 PCs, a scanner and a laser printer. The school network's broadband line provides fast Internet access for students and staff.
A variety of application software is available to students including Adobe Creative Suite 3, Filemaker Pro, Microsoft Office Pro, Visual Basic and Visio 2000.
Access to Computers
The computer labs are open in the mornings from 8.00 to 8.30am and at lunchtimes. Boys are able to use the facilities at these times for their own work or to receive assistance from the staff on duty. Access to the Internet is fully supervised during these times.
