Appointment InformationNewington College Council invites suitably qualified applicants for the position of Head of Newington CollegeMr David Scott will retire as Headmaster of Newington College on 31 December 2008, after five years of successful leadership of this famous Sydney boys' college. Newington College was established in 1863. The College is a vibrant, caring and committed community poised to move into the future. It is an exciting time! The position is to commence in January 2009. The College Council seeks a dynamic, visionary and successful leader who can build on the achievements of the previous Head and existing staff. The successful candidate will be able to implement the comprehensive plans already in place for the College's future development, identify improvements for continued success and lead Newington College with its traditions and values through this next exciting phase of its development.
