Secondary School Year Lists

Year CONTACTS List form

A year level contact list gives you the names of the other boys in your son’s year, their phone numbers and parents’ names. Most people also include their address (useful for those “difficult” sport weekends). Email addresses allow quick delivery of your Year List and updates and reminders throughout the year. Due to cost and time restraints, postal mailouts to those with no email address can only take place once in Term 1.

The form may be faxed to Sandy Miller on 9569 0133 or handed to Reception at School.
New details or changes can also be emailed to sandy.miller@optusnet.com.au

Due to privacy conditions, if you don’t send us your details, we can’t send you a copy. If you are already on a list, you do not need to submit a new form unless your details have changed (particularly your email address!).  If you have any questions, please phone Sandy or contact your Year List Co-ordinator directly.
