Welcome to Newington

There are many ways for parents to take part in the life of the school at Newington. As well as the Parents' & Friends' Association and it's subsidiary, the Women's Group, there are a number of sporting and cultural groups who play a much appreciated role supporting programs and events.

The College offers parents many opportunities to help their boys through their school lives and prepare them for adult life – Parent Information Evenings, Curriculum briefings and Careers mentoring and vocational programs are just a few.

Even parents who are pressed for time can support the school, show the boys they care and have a lot of fun just by barracking at a match or coming along to a concert, a play or to any number of fundraisers, dinners and other events throughout the year.
