Problems Logging in to the IntranetIf you are having log-in problems, please check the Intranet instructions page before contacting Tech Support. Staff: Please discuss any technical problems with your Department Computer Liaison person. Online HelpDeskTo increase the efficiency of support services we have introduced a new support request log system: ONLINE HELPDESK PASSWORD REQUIRED Procedure: Enter your User ID, which is the same as your login user name. Select 'New Request' to register your requests. A form will appear with your name appearing in the 'Contact' field, otherwise the user ID supplied is not yours. Fill in the form then click 'Register' to submit your request. At this stage the database for solutions is under development. Please don't use 'Search Solutions' yet. In almost all circumstances requests should be logged through this system. Report problems by phone (9568 9349) or email only if you cannot access the Online Helpdesk or if there is an emergency. t.support@newingtoncollege.nsw.edu.au |
