Careers Nights

Careers Expo 2007

Tuesday 17 July - Centenary Hall 7.00 pm

This is a night not to be missed! Past success has spread the word and we have had requests from many new exhibitors to attend this year. Representatives from major universities, private colleges, TAFE, the Defence Forces as well as Old Boys in a wide range of professions join us to answer questions and offer advice to our senior students about career options and training. Boys from Years 10 through to 12 and their families are all invited to attend the Expo.

A large number of people give freely of their time to offer assistance to our boys; we thank them for this and urge all senior boys to take advantage of the help offered.

Old Boys who are interested in sharing their vocational experiences and insights should contact Peter Robertson.

Year 12 Tertiary Options 2008 Information Night

Wednesday 19 September - Centenary Hall 7.30 pm

Our Tertiary Options 2008 Information Night has been planned to take place after the Trial results become available and before the on-time application closing dates for university, 28 September, and TAFE, 26 October.

We plan to work through the application processes involved and we will have a number of Old Boys from last year present to help explain how they coped with applications and enrolment activities.
